Poswell consulting uses a unique, proven methodology designed to allow our consultants to work towards successful assignment completion more cost-effectively and within a shorter timeframe than other firms. Our comprehensive understanding of numerous sectors means that we are also positioned to advise on an organisation's ability change and where necessary, to devise bespoke strategies to bridge the gaps between vision and operations.

We work on a rolling assignment basis. We believe in managing expectations and brief our clients immediately on achievements and risks without waiting - manage all stakeholders expectations. However, where clients have particular preferences or requirements we are able to structure or alter our methodology accordingly.
